With this you can get a great work out that is very easy to keep up with and low impact so any level of physical fitness that you are in will be fine, this is easy for all to do. This video also comes with the resistance bands that you use in the video and they really work you out and make you feel the burn. We can all spare 45 minutes of our day to spend and get ourselves and make our bodies healthier. This video is a boot camp style and it kicks it up and you do three miles in 45 minutes. Most people make the excuse that they can not go outside because of the weather, or that a gym is too expensive or that they don't have the time, but with this video all of those excuses have become invalid. I love Leslie Sansone and her Walk Away the Pounds collections of videos, I own a lot of them and this one is my favorite that I use every day.
